Features

Added an Anonymous Forwarding option to the Mail settings, so mail can be relayed through an SMTP server that does not require authentication. When enabled, the SMTP Username and Password fields are disabled and no credentials are sent.

Fixed SAML2 login for Identity Providers that identify the user only through the Subject NameID, with no attribute statements. Those logins now succeed and the account is created from the NameID. Without group attributes in the response, login cannot be restricted by group membership and permissions cannot be auto-assigned, though manually set permissions are preserved between sessions.
Fixed required group membership for LDAP so that group checks work correctly against FreeIPA and 389 Directory Server, in addition to Active Directory and OpenLDAP. Groups are authorized by their exact Distinguished Name rather than by common name across the directory tree.
